Shipping Policy:
We offer FREE shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount, which is announced on the website from time to time. A 99 INR extra shipping fee will be added to any orders that are less than the required minimum amount at the time of purchase. It will take 5–6 days for the order to arrive at your door.
Return & Refund Policy:
You are guaranteed a wonderful shopping experience when you make a purchase from our website. When we send your products to you, we make sure to take all the required precautions. However, we offer you complete peace of mind with safe and simple replacements if, due to an unforeseen event, you are not satisfied with what you have received.
We offer refunds/replacements only in the following cases:
- The product you received is not what you bought; we apologize for the inconvenience. Please send us a photo of the merchandise you received along with your purchase number via email. We’ll set up a prompt pickup and ship you the replacement at no additional cost. If the products are used, we do not offer a refund, as the product now cannot be resold to any other customer.
- Your order was damaged when it was delivered to you. Your shipment is prepared with the utmost care to ensure that it reaches you in the best condition despite being handled several times while in transit. Although it cannot be completely ruled out, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by unavoidable shipment damages. Please send us a picture of the damaged package with unboxing video along with the order number via email. We’ll send you a replacement right away, absolutely free of charge.
- You received an incomplete order. Depending on how many things you ordered, your order may have arrived in multiple shipments if you ordered multiple items. However, if you haven’t received everything you ordered, please email us about it along with your order number, and we’ll send the products you’re missing on the same day.
Cancellations:
When you place an order it can be canceled on the same day by reaching out to our customer care before your order is shipped. If you cancel your order in time, we will refund the entire amount back into your account. It may take 8-9 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
